latest izé bespoke products featured in Wallpaper* Handmade

A lever handle and a coat hook designed by Peter Saville for izé and a lever handle developed by Amanda Levete for izé are shown to the public for the first time in the latest edition of Wallpaper*.

Peter Saville's designs are based on the typographic motifs used by Renaissance printers to create Arabesques and flourishes. Saville was intrigued by the beauty of these Fleurons and, as a graphic designer, was engaged by the idea of the translation of a resolutely two dimensional form into a pronouncedly three dimensional object.

Amanda Levete's design reflects on a small scale the same fluid visual language as her buildings.
