Kenwood Place

Hamiltons Associates

This luxury housing scheme was built bordering on Robert Adam’s exquisite Kenwood House (1764-79). The austere, elegant brick built structure stands in great contrast to the historicising architecture which dominates its surroundings.

Vesna Aksentijevic designed the flush pull handles which were originally made as bespoke items for this project, a stripped-down design to harmonise with the minimal interiors. Elsewhere Kenneth Grange’s designs were adapted and lengthened to adjust to the scale of the internal doors.
